    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to understanding you, your history, and the barriers you are facing in feeling satisfied, grounded and whole in your life.

  • Integrative

    There are many “ways in,” for therapists to gain insight and help guide you toward what you are seeking. I will work within various modalities to meet you where you are and toward self awareness and healing.

  • Transformative

    Each session we will reflect on our previous work, discuss what was helpful, and build a structure that will support progress toward your personal goals. Overtime, new habits of thought and feeling will form and enable the change you are seeking in your life.
